Lyn joined the company in 1989. In 2004 following the death of company founder, Ken Clayton she took over the ownership and management. Lyn has been called upon to address dental organisations and study groups as a specialist on Cone Beam technology. She has also assisted with the development of protocols for cross sectional imaging using the Scanora Complex Motion dental tomography unit.

As an Associate member of both the International Association of Dentomaxillofacial Radiology and American Association of Maxillofacial Radiology, she regularly attends conferences to further knowledge in the field of dental radiology and to keep abreast of technology and current best practice.

Lyn and her husband Peter have raised two young adults, and in her spare time Lyn enjoys photography, gardening and looking after her two grandchildren.

After qualifying in New Zealand, Clare worked with the Dental hospital in Melbourne for 8 years. She also worked in Breast Screen for 5 years. After 5 years working with Clayray, Clare is now well established as a Senior Imaging Technologist. She is the resident expert in intra-oral radiography.

Clare is also involved in day to day running of the business, being responsible for the Appointment system and ordering of supplies. She has assisted in establishing protocols for Cone Beam imaging.

Clare is mother of two. She enjoys all things musical and believes Melbourne is the world’s most livable city.
